12. Promoter Responsibilities
The Promoter agrees:
- All event details are accurate and lawful
- Venue hire and artist agreements are secured
- Listings are reviewed and approved before going live
Twisted Tickets accepts no responsibility for errors once events are published.
3. Fees
- A booking fee (typically around 10%) will be applied unless agreed otherwise
- Fees may be paid by the customer or deducted from ticket revenue
14. Payments to Promoters
- Payments are made via BACS
- Payments include VAT
- Promoters are responsible for their own tax obligations
15. Event Day Payment Terms
- Payment cut-off: 3 days before the event
- Cleared funds before cut-off are paid on event day
- Sales after cut-off are paid within 3 working days after the event
16. Payment Details
Promoters must provide accurate bank details.
Twisted Tickets is not liable for payments made to incorrect details provided by the promoter.
17. Withholding Payments
Payments may be withheld for up to 30 days where necessary to resolve:
- Customer complaints
- Disputes relating to the event
18. Refund Authority
Refunds will not be issued without promoter approval unless:
- The promoter cannot be contacted within 7 days of the event
19. Marketing & Branding
Promoters agree to:
- Include Twisted Tickets branding or website on promotional materials
- Not promote alternative ticket sales methods that compete with Twisted Tickets
20. Legal Compliance
Promoters are responsible for ensuring all promotion complies with applicable laws.
Any fines (e.g. fly-posting or unauthorised advertising) are the sole responsibility of the promoter.
21. Event Cancellation by Promoter
If an event is cancelled without informing Twisted Tickets:
The promoter agrees to cover:
- Booking fees
- Transaction costs
- Any associated refund costs
22. Ticket Sales Restrictions
Promoters must not:
- Advertise alternative ticket purchasing methods
- Undermine or bypass Twisted Tickets sales channels
23. Contact Information
Promoters must keep all contact and payment details up to date.
24. Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
